Set Up
Healer sets up the space with a sarong over mat, flowers etc. Healer sits in silent meditation, holding the space with her meditation energy and her hands in namaste.

Session
  • Your client arrives and sits before you, still whilst your eyes are closed. Everyone starts in silence.
  • The eyes open and meet your client. You may want to take a big breath and sigh together...lead her in this. Welcome her. Ask her name. Introduce yourself.
  • Intro: give her a brief into to the Tao Tantric Arts
  • Ask what area of her sexuality or femininity she would like to work on today.
  • Listen to your client. feel her when she talks. Feel her energy as ell as hearing her words.
  • Give her a brief overview of what you are going to do and let her know these are all practices she can take home and continue to practice.

The Guidance
  • Inner smile: explain briefly why we do this (to open the heart and melt down any hard defensive layers so that the healing can be received more fully). Then make it clear when you move into guidance and lead an inner smile melting the mind, the heart and the yoni. 10 minutes
  • Breast massage: explain how this is women's yang pole and so her sexuality is best awakening via the breasts before the sexual organs. Hormones are stimulated. Oxytocin is stimulated by nipple massage, which creates feelings of love and connection. The ovaries are stimulated when the nipples are massaged. Then guide one or two techniques: the deer exercise/ heave and earth massage/ clearing the chest/ up the mountain/ laughing boobies!! Afterwards tune in with her and see how it was for her. 10 minutes
  • Wands of light. explain why we do this and how it is clearing energy. Then give a summary of the exercise whilst she is still listening with her eyes open. explain the wands and how it works. Explain the process, the breathing, the hand movements etc. Then you begin. Pick a sound that suits your client and then follow it with the triple warmer. Afterwards get her feedback...how was that for her?
  • Yoni Toning Talk. Explain first a bit about the muscles and reflex points in the yoni. Have her test a squeeze at the lower, middle and upper and check in with her that she got it. Show her hand movements to help. Explain also at this point about sublimation of sexual energy up the spine and how yoni squeezing can help.  Explain a little about the orbit and how this helps circulate sexual energy for a long time so we can become multi-orgasmic.
  • Yoni Toning. Guide the Oh-Oh of upper squeeze and lower squeeze. Vary the speed, getting faster. Then guide the do-ray-me to Mmm-mmm-mmm for lower, middle and upper.
  • Sublimation pumps. You will sit behind her. Guide her to continue her yoni squeezes 1,2,3. and at the same time you press her pumps: sacrum, T11 and C7. Do this a few times to guide the energy up the spine.
  • Microcosmic orbit" guide her in exhaling the accumulated chi down the front channel with brushing. Then breathe through the whole orbit up the sine and down the front with a gentle wave motion.
  • Gather the chi , sit in meditation a few minutes, and end with a chi shower.
  • After this have your client lie down and do the assisted breathing exercise.

Completing the Session
ask your client for feedback...how was her experience? does she have any questions? Empower her to take one practice home and continue to use it. Suggest a 21 day challenge:doing it every day for 21 days.
